About Us

Hartford Building Products is located in Burghill, Ohio, a small rural township in northeast Ohio, two and a half miles from Pennsylvania, 12 miles north of Interstate 80, and 45 miles south of Interstate 90. 

We are a small company specializing in interior and exterior door thresholds, as well as pocket and closet door hardware. We only sell high quality products that are of a higher average quality level than most big box stores. We are owned by two brothers, who are also military veterans, and have been here a combined total of 70 years of experience in our products.

One of our product lines are our interior door thesholds. We have these custom manufactured for us by local Amish suppliers, and we stock them in huge quantities, under our HBP brand.

Another main line of our products includes exterior door thresholds manufactured by Endura Products. They sell mainly to door manufacturers around the country, and are manufactured in the United States. They are both high quality and a good value for your money.

Our pocket and closet door hardware lines, under our HBP brand, are stocked in huge quantities. This line has sourced parts from both the United States, and some imported sources.

All of our products are stocked in large quantities, at our sole location, and are shipped from our warehouse, with same or next day shipping prep times.

We aim to make our customers happy, and have many long term customers who have been purchasing from us for years.
