What size door can accommodate a Soft Close and Soft Open? You can use a Soft Close and Soft Open on doors 30" Wide and up. Can I use a Soft Close and Soft Open for a 24" Door? No, you can only use EITHER a Soft Close or a Soft Open, due to the length of the arm on the Soft Close / Soft Open. You cannot use both since you will not have enough space for both of them.
